Pretty

Because sometimes all we need is a little pretty. There is something incredibly beautiful about the room in the photos below, I really love the colour palette, I’m looking for inspiration to freshen up the colours of my living room and I may go along these lines, the greys and warm corals are the perfect junction between girly and gorgeous. I love the contrast binding too, both on sofa and curtains, the floor cushions and the warm neutral painted walls with the brass accents.

I think that coral cushion makes the room. Love the drapery detail too. This room still looks current almost 5 years later.

I agree, we all need some pretty in our lives :-) And I’d happily take this pretty living room! I love how the door blends in to the wall and really looks more like paneling than a door. And the contrasting piping on the sofa… that’s another one of my design crushes :-)
