I’m pitching for a couple of quite big development jobs, this involves a lot of research on the top end of the market, the specifications and details that are expected when shelling out millions for a home in central London. I have to say skimming primelocation.com for properties is quite addictive, and it’s stunning what’s out there on the market, lifts, pools, roof terraces, wine cellars, triple basements, gyms, media suites… If you have a spare bored half hour I’d highly recommend you enter a glamorous postcode and a no limit maximum price and do some aspirational wishlist property shopping.
